プロジェクトマネージャー・参加型デザイナー / Project Manager (Participatory Designer)
アールト大学デザイン修士。東京大学教養学部卒。わからなさのなかでともにデザインすることについて探索する。コンサルティング会社を経て福井県鯖江市へ移住し、RENEWやゆるい移住など、持続可能な地域を目指すプロジェクトを企画・実施。また、政策・公共領域におけるサービスデザイン・参加型デザインにも取り組む。
MA in design at Aalto University. BA at University of Tokyo. Researcher/ designer for designing-with within uncertainty. In Sabae City, Fukui, I am incorporating projects aiming at a sustainable city. Also interested in service design and participatory design in the public sector.
多様なものたちが偶発的に出会い、関わりあい、協働しあい、予期せぬ出来事を生み出していく、そのようなものとしての**「ともにデザインすること」**の実践・研究に取り組んでいます。
簡単にいえば、それは目的や計画を手放し、「舞台」をつくるような実践です。私が結びこまれた網の目を引き受けながら、好ましい環境をつくり、関係を継続的に耕し続けることを通じて、思いもよらない景色が生まれることを願うようなプロセスだとも言うことができます。
私が取り組んできたシェアハウスやRENEWの実践は、このような想いを（意識的に・無意識的に）基盤に据えて取り組んできたものです。具体的には以下の記事や講義動画を参照。

Doing designing/ research on “designing-with,” in which heterogeneous actors encounter, entangle, and collaborate with each other to make unexpected things happen.
In short, my designing is to create “a stage” within entangled actors, letting go of our goals or plans. It can be also explained as a process of cultivating relations, through undertaking the interwoven mesh and creating a favorable conditions.
My previous experiences such as Shared Houses and RENEW are exemplars to show such thoughts.
